3 questions for … Denise Tan about Diversity
Denise Tan has been working with BSH for 19 years – a time characterized by excitement, change and growth, she sums up. Denise is Head of Category Management (Cooking) and Gaggenau Region Asia Pacific. To find out more about her personal story and what “Diversity” means for her, we called and caught her in her Singapore office.

Working Across Cultures and Countries: The Advantages of Working in a Multinational Team
No day is the same for Thomas Salditt, team leader at Global Digital Transition. One of his teams, although not exceptional for BSH, is made up of a total of eight people, spread across two different countries – Germany and Poland, and who represent an incredible seven different nationalities.

The Facilitator
The letters CIP play an important role in BSH’s manufacturing in Traunreut. They stand for “Continuous Improvement Process,” and describe the way in which quality is assured there: in small, ongoing steps. As a CIP metalworker, Sabrina is responsible for the complete manufacturing. “I make sure that my colleagues’ work on the production line runs smoothly,” she explains.

Moving Beyond Single Products
“My job is very much like that of a translator.” That’s how Lukas describes his tasks as a Brand Strategist for the BSH home appliances brand Bosch. “I translate consumer insights into product innovations and business strategies. Whatever the product, I find out exactly what our consumers need – and I make sure that this is what Bosch appliances deliver.”
