We savored the chance to talk with Maria about diversity in sports in comparison to diversity in the corporate world and what the people from these two worlds can learn from each other.

Today, we want to introduce Jennifer Deuber, who finished the program in the area of Business Administration one year ago. We asked her about the experiences she made in Germany and Stockholm during the program and how it helped ignite her passion for organizing and analyzing data.

Finding solutions in teamwork can be hard without an established feedback culture. That’s why, lately, this term developed into a corporate buzzword; but what does it actually mean? BSH sees feedback culture as a strategy that incorporates not only dialog within a team, but also concerns other levels of interaction within the company. So, in which ways does BSH foster its feedback culture? We asked Christina Hilgers, Inmaculada Perez Muñoz and Keqing Lin, who are part of BSH’s Feedback Team within the Global HR department Employer of Choice, to share their insights and experiences with us.

Today, we want to share Andrea García Aldrett’s experience with the program and how her Mexican heritage helped her to connect with the people and culture of Paris, France, where she absolved her stay abroad.

This aim of course affects the technician service too, so when the diesel vans of BSH Sweden started to expire in the beginning of 2021, the service team got the chance to choose Toyota as a supplier for the technician service and electric vans suddenly became a reality.

Having finished the program this year, Oliver gathered experience in his focus areas IT, Digital & Strategy and completed the GGA’s Business Challenge.
