A cultural melting pot: Meet a BSH team in California that brings together different nationalities, backgrounds, skills and ideas.

Before the birth of his son, BSH marketing consultant Joerg Schudrowitz had to decide whether and for how long he wanted to take parental leave. For most fathers his choice is still unusual – but Schudrowitz has never regretted it.
